Welcome to my blog, I’m so glad you’re here! Here’s a little bit about me! My name is Taylor and I am a college student and a Christian. I’m currently in recovery from an eating disorder, which has been a challenging but transformative journey for me. In the past, my relationship with food and my body was fraught with anxiety, shame, and guilt. I struggled to nourish myself properly and often felt like I was trapped in a cycle of self-destructive behaviors.

However, with the help of my family, friends, and healthcare professionals, I’ve learned to prioritize my health and well-being. I’ve also found solace and guidance in my faith, which has taught me to love and respect my body as a temple of God. Though I still face ups and downs on my recovery path, I’m grateful for every step forward and for the community of support that surrounds me.
